To all international students,

The 2022-2023 Autumn Semester starts and all international students should do online registration. The arrangements are as following.

  1. All international students should complete the online registration before October 3, 2022. Students who do not register will be regarded as giving up their studies at HZAU.

Please scan the QR code to finish the online registration.

  1. All students outside China should return to HZAU physically before the end of next semester (June 2023).
  2. Students who cannot return physically this semester nor attend online study can apply for a one-semester schooling suspension from September 2022 to February 2023 (the Template for schooling suspension application is attached). Please submit the Application for Schooling Suspension to liveinhzau@mail.hzau.edu.cn before October 3, 2022. Applications sent by QQ, WeChat, or sent to any other emails will not be accepted.
  3. If students who have frozen their status in the past want to enrol in online courses or return to HZAU physically this semester, they should apply to the University for resumption of schooling. Students who have not submitted the application for resumption of study will be deemed to have automatically abandoned their admission. Please submit the Application for Resumption of Schooling (the Template attached) to liveinhzau@mail.hzau.edu.cn before October 3, 2022. Applications sent by QQ, WeChat, or sent to any other email will not be accepted.
  4. CSC scholarship students are supposed to register on the CSC application system:  before October 3, 2022 (Please check the manual attached.

CSC scholarship students who will apply for schooling suspension for one semester or dropping out from HZAU do not need to register on the CSC application system.

CSC scholarship students who submitted an Application for Resumption of Schooling should register on the CSC website after their application is approved by CSC.
