My research interests are developmental biology and molecular biology of ornamental plants. In particular, our work mainly focus on the development of prickles, leaves and plant types in Rosa. The long-term goal is to cultivate “ideal character” roses suitable for the lightened and simplified cultivation mode through the in-depth study of the regulation mechanism of the growth and development of roses.
