Our research group comprehensively used metabolomics, flavor omics, transcriptomics, genomics, molecular biology and other genetic methods to screen and analyze the germplasm resources and key regulatory genes of flower color and floral fragrance in prunus mume/ lotus. At the same time, we also try to develop the color, fragrance derivative products.
