Dr. Liu has been focused on landscape planning and ecological restoration aiming at urban and rural sustainable development and management. During past several years, he coordinated tradeoffs of ecosystem service flows project and successively mapping and quantifying landscape service flows by using big data technology. He is now leading a team with particular interests in landscape service and big data for landscape planning and management
