Five Years
Development Progress
The college of Horticulture and Forestry Sciences has always attached great importance to personnel training, scientific research, and technological innovation. In recent years, the college has made great achievements in these three aspects. In terms of personnel training, the college has established a complete personnel-training system for undergraduate and graduate students. The college has undertaken more than 1,000 projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Key Technology Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and both provincial and ministerial level agencies. The college has developed 26 new varieties and 68 patents.
