5th “BRI” Sino-Pakistan Agriculture Forum

The 5th Belt and Road China–Pakistan Agriculture Forum themed “Green, Efficient Agriculture & Sustainable Development” will be held 18–21 November 2025 at Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU), Wuhan, China.
Building on more than a decade of HZAU’s deep academic and cultural collaboration with Pakistan – especially in talent cultivation – the Forum advances joint efforts in education, science, and culture in active support of the Belt and Road Initiative.

As a recurring academic platform, the Forum aligns with current global priorities in agricultural development and looks ahead to emerging research frontiers and future trends. Leveraging HZAU’s strengths across agricultural science and engineering, the 2025 program will convene leading scholars and experts from China and Pakistan for in-depth exchange and collaboration.

Through keynotes, technical sessions, and practitioner-focused discussions, the Forum aims to strengthen bilateral collaboration in agricultural science and technology, promote joint innovation and knowledge sharing, and catalyze practical cooperation—supporting the translation of scientific advances into real-world applications and contributing to the upgrading of agricultural industries.
