2. Payment Methods
The symposium is using an online registration method.
The symposium fee can be paid directly to the Huazhong Agricultural University bank account. The fee can be paid using the following two methods. After completing the payment, please promptly register and upload the payment voucher and participant information (name, organization name) to the symposium online portal to facilitate verification and invoicing. For payments made on behalf of multiple participants, please provide the details for each individual.
Please note:
Failure to upload the payment voucher or provide incorrect information may result in delays or issues with your registration. Once the payment voucher is uploaded and approved by the conference staff, you will receive a confirmation email indicating “Approved”. On the day of the conference, please sign in by scanning the QR code at the venue and entering your name (note that each person’s name can only be used to sign in once, and it is not allowed to use someone else’s name to attend the conference).

4. Conference Fee Invoice
The conference fee invoice will be an electronic regular invoice. If you need an invoice, please fill in the “Participant Information” during registration and provide the invoicing information (company name + tax number). The invoice will be sent to the participant’s email within 15 days after the event concludes.

Note:
- The above fees cover registration, symposium materials, and meals.
- A separate fee of 1,000 RMB per participant applies for the optional visit to Yichang. This fee can be paid on the first day of the symposium.
- Please make the payment before registration. The registration fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.
